Standard Business Hours

Standard support is available during normal business hours to customers who are current on the annual Maintenance and Enhancement Plan or are evaluating any of our products. Telephone support is available from 8:00 AM until 6:00 PM Australian EST.

During business hours, our support staff members, as part of the resolution process, have ready access to your records, problem logs and knowledge databases for known and/or resolved issues. We will always try to replicate the same situation as your problem whenever possible on our machines.

After Business Hours

Our trained technical team members are available on a roster basis to provide you with around the clock support during after hours, weekends and holidays.

Please Note: This is a courtesy service that is free as long as it is only used FOR EMERGENCIES. It has been used in this manner since 1991 and we hope it continues like this. Please consider calling our emergency support if your issue is important to you and your organisation.

Planning a Hardware or OS/400 Upgrade

You may need to install a new version of our software. If you want to have enough time to load it before the upgrade, please contact us as soon as you know about it, so you can PLAN!

Do not call us a couple of days before. It might almost be too late to provide you with new versions if needed. So, please contact us during our office hours or via info@pdicomputing.com.au, with the subject title as 'Planned Upgrade'. Depending on the situation, a new version and a temporary code may be needed for your software.
